1. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day hassle-free money-back guarantee. This only applies to products purchased directly from choueer.com. For all other purchases, please contact the retailer/distributor you purchased from directly and follow their return policy.

We are confident that you will love your new Choueer products. However, If you're dissatisfied with your Choueer products for any reason at all, simply notify us within 30 days of the delivered date. You will pay for return shipping unless it is a quality problem.

Please note:

Considering the product's characteristics as a cleaning product, only unused ChouBox is eligible for the 30-day return policy. So we highly recommend testing the functions of ChouBox once receiving it for ensuring your benefit. If there is any quality issue, please contact us without hesitation in time.

Please note that used ChouBox can not be resold, and can not be returned. When testing the functions of ChouBox such as 'cleaning litter', 'flattening litter and etc, please DO NOT add any litter when testing.

1) Requesting a Return
Your Choueer products comes with a 30-day return policy after delivery. If you would like to return your Choueer products and you're still within 30 days of delivery, please email our Customer Service team at service@choueer.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (an RMA).

In your request, please include the following information: 

  • The serial number of your Choueer (you can locate it on the bottom or back of the product and the accessories do not have serial numbers. )
  • Your Choueer login email.
  • To ensure a safe return to Choueer, you must use the original box. If some items in the set are not present, and/or the packaging is damaged, a restocking fee may apply.
The email should contain:
  • Photos that clearly show the appearance of all sides of the product.
  • Photos of the complete accessory display.
  • Photosof the original packaging.
  • A brief explanation for the return. This will be helpful to us to improve our product.

 2) Package Requirements

Please ensure the Choueer is packaged correctly. Due to its size and weight, it is very important to follow these instructions closely to avoid damage. Choueer may deduct from your refund if the returned product is damaged.

Please note that the 30-day money-back guarantee must meet the following requirements:

* The product and accessories with the original packaging.

* The product and accessories shouldn't be any cracks, dents, scratches, or any factors that may affect re-sales.

The customer service team will confirm with you for the return reason, and will also need you to provide the product and package photos from different angles. Once confirmed, you will get a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number with a return address.

You need to write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package. Do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label may not be accepted by our warehouse.

 3) Refund

In order to successfully receive the returned goods, please inform us of the tracking number in time after the goods are sent. If due to customer or logistics reasons, the warehouse does not receive the return, we will not refund.

Once your return has been received, please allow us up to 10 business days to process your refund. On your bank side, it also needs 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. For disputed orders, it takes 3-6 months to resolve.

Shipping costs should be paid by customer in the following situations:

  • Returning products without any proven defect.
  • Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase.
  • Returning items claimed to have defects but found to be in proper functioning status by Choueer.
  • Costs related tounauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process).

 4) Late or Missing refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

2. WARRANTY POLICY

All the Choueer products enjoy 1-year warranty. If you have any product issues within 1 year, please contact us through service@choueer.com and our customer service will guide you to find a solution.

1) Exclusions

Choueer’s warranty does not apply to:

  • Misused/abused/damaged by accident/damaged due to acts of nature. (For example lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricane and such)
  • Unauthorized modification/repair/dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals.
  • Non-quality related issues.
  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers.
  • Used for special application other than normal consumer use.
  • Lost /stolen/free/refundedproduct.
  • Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids or other external causes.
  • Not able to provide valid proof of purchase.
