- Pull out the waste drawer
- Unlock the side latches of the bonnet
- Take off the cat litter ball
CLEANING GUIDE
- Disassemble the ChouBox
- Wipe its components with a rag
- Clean the anti-adhesive pad with water
- Rinse the cat litter ball with water
How to disable the waste drawer lid?
- If can't upgrade your app to V1.2.8, check this:
- Quickly click the knob four times when “starting”
- Rotate to select “Disable the bin” (random numbers will appear)
- Unplug it and take off the lid;
- Install the waste drawer without the lid for use
ERROR? please TRY TO dISABLE THE BIN
- First upgrade your app to Version 1.2.8.
- Unplug and re-plug it (will show "ERROR")
- Long-press the knob for 3s (will show CHOUEER logo)
- Rotate to "settings", and select "The bin"
- Select "Disable the bin"
- Take off the lid as asked
