However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control, like travel or transportation disruption, import delays. Please rest assured that we will contact you if there is any update or when order's tracking number is generated.
Choueer and our delivery partner aim to handle all customs documentation and formalities. Any tax, customs or duties owed will be calculated at checkout. Occasionally, this process can take longer, and orders may be held by local customs. In that event, we will try wherever possible to resolve this issue. If you receive a defective item, please contact us-- email@example.com with details of the product and the defect. We will fully examine it and notify you as soon as possible, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement due to the defect. We will then replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
